keeps calling my dad's house, and threating him to get in contact with me.

Recieved multiple calls to lower interest rate on a credit card from a cell phone. When I informed them we dont have a card I was hung up on but the calls continue to come in.

I got a call from them and I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer. Then I called them back to find out who it was and it said it was out of service. This happened several times.

Caller said that I had to be in Court, he had a middle eastern accent.

Received a text message stating I could get $1200 wired to my bank account if I replied with the word "pay"

No info except that it is a "time sensitive legal issue" and I am "advised" to return the call asap.

I've received numerous pre-recorded messages from this number. They're trying to market to people that are upside down in their home loans - I don't even OWN a home! I've tried calling back because I can't get to a "live" person when I receive the call only to hear a busy tone on the other end. I just want them to stop, but I can't even figure out how to contact them! Holy crud...
